House Call Primary Care is an option for anyone who has difficulty getting to the doctor or who prefer to receive medical services inside their own home.

The House Call service is ideal for Annual Wellness Visit or for management of your chronic medical conditions.

The provider will obtain a thorough medical history, perform physical exam, diagnose and prescribe medications if needed. Diagnostic or preventative tests such as labs or imaging can be ordered if indicated and coordination of care with specialists and other healthcare professionals will be done if necessary.
